I wish you guys had called me first. I’m a little surprised that you were not informed somewhere along the line that this is a possibility and actually happens pretty frequently.
The pressure from the CO2 actually can put pressure on the diaphragm, and the pain is “refered” to the shoulder. It usually dissapates in a day or so.
Anyway, I’m so sorry you had to go through the added anxiety of not knowing.
